As one of Eastern Pennsylvania’s leading paving contractors BCI works closely with engineers, government agencies and the public.

Our management team brings decades of Penn DOT, commercial and private paving experience to BCI. This, along with our knowledgeable paving crews, allows us to offer superior bituminous products and to serve our customers in a responsible and professional manner.

Working closely with customers our design and estimating staff provides sensible and economical paving plans while our on-staff quality control technicians test product performance before, during and after construction.

BCI’s lengthy resume includes Airports, Turnpikes, Interstate Highways, State Routes, City Streets, Shopping Centers, Developments and Parking Lots. Major projects include the PA Turnpike Lehigh Valley Interchange, Interstate 78 Emergency Bridge Repair, and PA Route 2044.
